name is Bill Hanson and I am the owner of Flippin Bill's Tom Thumb/BP Amoco
in Delano, Minnesota. I purchased the in June of 1999. It has
been a very sound business investment. Since startup, we have incurred only
one day of down time. I think that says a lot for the dependability of the
carwash and the excellent service provided by Professional Carwash
Systems, Inc. In fact, I was so pleased with our carwash, my brother John Hanson
has also purchased a system for his own location at the Hanover Tom
Thumb. The people in our town really like it; they tell us all the time!

Don Halverson and Michael Wallin took over management of the Emerald Car Wash, located in Cross Lake, MN
on August 1st 2004 and renamed it Moonlite Square. Since taking over management, they have upgraded to the Virtual Treadle and Triple Foam distribution system in addition to using Professional Carwash Systems branded solution products. The solution products have out performed the 
previously used competitor products and the upgrades have operated smoothly. In-house car wash revenue has doubled since the installation of the upgrades and better management of solution products with the assistance of the PCS staff. Customer satisfaction with the car wash is at an all-time high, resulting in an increase in customer loyalty and in-store sales.

Partially influenced by the suggestions of customers who had used Professional Carwash Systems carwashes in other cities, 
Rick Loerzel made the decision to install a new carwash at his BP location in Pelican Rapids, MN. Since opening in January of 2005, the carwash has exceeded expectations in volume with the most popular feature being the Virtual Treadle®. The treadle less system allows easy access in and out of the wash bay. We are currently considering a second carwash and the decision to go with another would be automatic.
